The nonpartisan Jefferson County League of Women Voters will continue its study of hydraulic fracturing (fracking) at its second of two meetings on the topic. With so much over-the-top citizen concern about this process, the League's study will be dispassionate and non-alarmist, but thorough and factual. Everyone is welcome to attend, regardless of political affiliation.
