Escape “under the sea” with Rocky Mountain Academy of Evergreen’s multiple performances of “The Little Mermaid Jr.” on Friday, Nov. 16 at 6:30 p.m., and Saturday, Nov. 17, at 2:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m., held at the Center/Stage Theater, 27608 Fireweed Drive in Evergreen.  Tickets can be purchased at www.brownpapertickets.com.

The 90-minute musical is based on the 2008 Broadway production and 1989 animated feature film. The script was only recently made available to schools around the country, and Rocky Mountain Academy is the first charter school in the Greater Denver area to produce it.
